Simon has more than 25 years experience of the Sussex Commercial Property Market with an unrivalled knowledge of the Industry. He deals in all areas of the Property Sector including Investment and Development for property companies, financial institutions and high net worth individual investors in addition to agency Sales, Lettings and Acquisitions.

Simon also deals with Rent Review and Lease Renewal Negotiations for Landlords and Tenants.

He has acted on all the major Office Buildings and Business Park Developments in the region, including Brampton Business Park, Eastbourne, Chaucer Business Park, Polegate, Ropemaker Park, Hailsham, Lacuna Place and Enviro 21, Hastings.

Mike has over 40 years experience in the Commercial Property Market. Prior to becoming part of Sussex Commercial's Team, Mike ran his own successful Commercial Property Agency practice for 22 years, covering all types of Commercial Property across East Sussex. Prior to that he worked for a large firm of Chartered Surveyors for 10 years.

Mike brings to Sussex Commercial a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as an impressive client contact book. Mike is an invaluable resource to Sussex Commercial and our Clients.

With over 10 years working in the City of London in the Financial Consultancy Sector, Emma has a wealth of knowledge in administrative support and client relationships.

More recently, Emma ran her own Antique Furniture business here in Sussex for 11 years, and joined the Sussex Commercial Team in January 2024 supporting Simon and Mike and honing new skills within Commercial Property.
