We currently looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Eastbourne Office.
The successful candidate will be Chartered with at least 3 years post qualified experience and a proven track record with experience within the commercial sectors market.
Essential Experience
- MRICS
- Dilapidations, acting on behalf of landlords\/tenants
- Schedule of condition
- Experience of design and contract administration duties \u2013 principally repair and maintenance works with some fit out
- Fire insurance\/reinstatement valuations
- Planned Maintenance
- Acquisition\/Building surveys
