Planning  Consent has been granted via Eastbourne Borough Council under Application  Number 230787 - Valid From 27/11/2023 to provide Erection of 85 Residential Flats, together with Access and Parking, associated Open Space and  Landscaping, Vehicular and Pedestrian accesses.
