Outline planning application has been submitted to Hastings Council by developers hoping to extend a Hastings industrial estate. The plan is to extend the industrial estate by building 21 new units. These additional units will add an additional 4,000 sq m of floor space on the northern side of Ivyhouse Land Industrial Estate, Hastings.
The site is mainly woodland and grassland and the application sits on land within both Rother District Council and Hastings Borough Council, so application shave been submitted to each local authority.
