Works are continuing at Eastside Business Park, Newhaven with the steelwork already up on one building with the second one expected soon.
These two 12,000 sq ft warehouses will form the first phase of this new speculative development by BL Trading.
Anticipated completion of the first phase has been moved forward to October 2017.
