Hunt Commercial, Chartered Surveyors and commercial property agents, has expanded its building surveying team with an appointment from PASS Consultants.
Johanna Sands has joined Hunt Commercial as a building surveyor, joining the existing Hunt Commercial team: Simon Hunt, Mike Tingley, Paul Wilton and Cathy Powell.
Simon Hunt, Director of Hunt Commercial, comments, “Johanna brings with her over ten years’ of building surveying experience. Johanna covers all aspects of the field, from dilapidations and lease plans to Project Management and Dispute Advisory. Her broad experience and in depth knowledge of the market will further improve our service offering, providing an additional boost to our expanding team.
