Wealden District Council has granted outline planning permission to build up to 425 homes at land at Brodricklands & Hamlands Farm, together with new public open space, landscaping.
Eastbourne MP, Caroline Ansell, wrote:
“I am disappointed by the result today to give outline planning permission on the Brodricklands site… The committee raised all the significant issues and conditions place on it subsequently may mean it never comes to pass.”
