Hastings Council have received a planning application for the conversion of an existing retail premises with a flat above into three self contained residential units. The shop in Hastings submitted the application on 19th October 2016. As part of the application there were 26 supporting documents, ranging from AutoCAD drawings, Highways consultee comments and Neighbour Notification Lists. In addition, there were two constraints listed. These were the Local Plan Planning Policy FAS and a Historic Landfill Site 250m Buffer.
