In April this year, Hunt Commercial’s commercial property agency team sold 32-34 Cornfield Road, a retail shop in Eastbourne.
Subsequently, the new owner instructed Hunt Commercial’s building surveying team to oversee the planning for the sub division of the unit to create two retail units and supervise the project management of the building works. Work is well underway and the new shop units are hoping to be ready to let in early September.
