The Units are let on flexible Yearly Licence Agreements.
Please note, Deposit will be retained, should clients leave prior to a 6 month term.

First Floor and Annexe Units are fully inclusive and let on a monthly rolling basis.
Loading/Unloading is available to all Tenants. The landlord would be open to discussions on a dedicated parking space, subject to availability.
Gas & Electric - Fully inclusive in Rent unless the Tenant is a high user, in which case a proportional contribution would be charged. (This applies to Units 12, 14, & 15-16 only.
Ground Floor - Units 15 & 16
Units 15 & 16 on the Ground Floor are leased separately on flexible terms. Each of these two units is independent with its own facilities.
